Hotel Duca degli Abruzzi

My brother-in-law and I spent 12 days really well. The food and the service in the room were excellent. Excellent animation, good and always ready to involve everyone. Excellent room cleaning management. The rooms are well furnished and a little small. The duchetto (lido) is too small and the umbrellas are attached, in the afternoon there is no sun and one thing to do that I have never seen is cleaning the beach, pieces of glass and nails in the volleyball court. Two complaints, organize yourself better for the internal parking spaces, you need to review the number of cars to be allowed in and then update the site, but where is the gym? I only found it on the site.

From 5 August to 12 August 2023: highly recommended place also for those with small children, and for teenagers Booked last minute: we found by pure chance looking on Booking, a structure that also had an all-inclusive option. And to our surprise we were satisfied, both from the point of view of the welcome of all the staff of the structure, and for the entertainment guys. The hotel, with the all-inclusive formula, also includes the beach (50 MT) and on the upper floor of the hotel you can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and also use the sunbeds and deckchairs. Drinks from the dispensers are included (free) throughout the day: water, coke, orange juice, tea, and are found both inside the hotel (entrance bar and pool area bar). From morning to evening after dinner, there are the entertainment staff who organize everything: shows, games for children, snacks, games for adults: bowls, beach volleyball, quizzes, .....music on the beach, and fun guaranteed. The week really went by quickly, bringing to our hearts a beautiful experience but also new friendships made under the umbrella. A special thanks to Fabiana, Leonardo, Sara, and the legendary Deejay Alexis who cheered up the hours on the beach with music, including the aqua gym lessons 😍😍 We will keep this in mind for our next holiday in 2024!!!

Super friendly and welcoming staff. The room is a little small but well kept and organized, very clean until the last day. The restaurant is a little crowded as soon as it opens but with a little patience the initial crowds disappear and there is plenty of time to enjoy the excellent dishes suitable for all palates with a good variety of choice. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and you get to the "duchetto" beaches and clean sea served by a bar that offers a good variety of products. Cherry on the cake was a fantastic entertainment with solutions for the adults such as tournaments and gymnastics, and for the little ones an excellent baby club which made my daughters have a lot of fun. In the evening on the terrace there is baby dance and music for adults while you sip a drink at the bar.
